Ozone Laundry Systems

Before using this ozone laundry system, please read this manual carefully.

PRECAUTIONS:

1.It is forbidden to use this product for children under 16 or people with mental disabilities.

2. 2.Drinking water from this product outlet is prohibited.
3. 3.If you do not use the product for a long time, please turn it off.
4. 4.Do not disassemble this ozone laundry system.

Remember:

1. 1. Connect this product with cold water and no more than 40 ° C;
2. Water pressure shall be limited to 5.5bar / 80Psi;  and starting with 29psi, 2bar;

Applications of Ozone Laundry Systems

This ozone laundry system can work with all laundry machines, including top and front loaders. Cold water flows directly through the laundry system with OZONE (O3), where an ozone generator converts oxygen (O2) to ozone (O3).

O3 has very good water solubility and mixes easily with water. With this new cleaning method, clothes are clean, free of dirt, chemicals, odors, etc.

Equipment and Lights Indications:

Installation:

1.It shall be fixed to the wall, left over the tap. First, fix the metal plate on the wall. The metal plate has three mounting holes, along with 3 anchor screws in order to support this product properly.

2.Before installation, do not open the unit. There are 3 sockets on the bottom of the unit. Place the 3 jacks in the holes in the metal plate, pull down slowly, and then hang the unit on the metal plate.

3.Make sure the metal plate is horizontal. Tilted installation may affect the operation and display of this product.

4.Connect the water inlet on the machine to the water tap and connect the water with the supplied hose. Make sure the rubber cables are properly installed at both ends of the connection. Properly connect the hose to the inlet fitting, but do not over tighten.

5.Put the supplied power adapter into the DC adapter plug on the side of the unit, and then plug the adapter into the power outlet. Unplug the power adapter when not using the unit.

Operation:

Two requirements:

-The unit requires 12 volts of power, 50 / 60Hz and a 15 amp fuse or switch.

-Water pressure between 40 and 80 Psi is required for operating the unit properly. The quality of the water could affect the operation.

System configuration:

1.Turn on the water valve / faucet. Check that the connection is correct to make sure there are no drips or leaks. If necessary, tighten the hose connections, only as necessary. Caution without being over tightened.

2.Plug in the power adapter and turn on the water. When the water is flowing, the tap light and ECOSU will be turned on, flashing the light.
